Czarz Commander (Cadet) 2003 18 hand bay Holsteiner cross gelding by Czar's Legend. Czar's Legend is a grandson of the famous jumping Holsteiner stallion Cor De La Bryere. I purchased him directly from the breeder Amber Christianson of Prairie Thunder Ranch (priariethunder.com) in January 2004. He has always had excellent feed, health care, farrier and training program. All of his health care has been documented. He has excellent feet - usually barefoot. I have shod him; he wears a size four shoe. He has very correct conformation with a slightly up hill build and solid leg bone. He is usually calm with a gentle disposition and wonderful to ride. He has perfect ground manners - free lunges with voice commands. He qualified for Region 9 year end championships at First Level dressage AA last year as a six year old. Here is an opportunity to buy one that you know can get you there. He is trained thru Second Level and started on Third. He knows - leg yield, half pass, shoulder in, haunches in, renvers, walk pirouettes, walk to canter transitions and canter to walk. He is working on half pass in the canter and the 10 meter canter circles. He has also been started over fences but not shown over them. He loves to jump. He is very calm on the approach and the landing with a lot of power over them - would make a fabulous hunter. He has a lot of power and is just putting it all together. He is very responsive to your leg (I ride him without spurs) and seat without being overly sensitive. He is the kind of horse that is usually not for sale. I am only offering him for sale due to the fact he grew taller than I would prefer. I am 5'4" and don't have as much leg as I would like on him. He will only be sold to an approved home.
