Lear is a 2007 bay turning gray Holsteiner colt. He is by our Holsteiner stallion Legado De Fuego and out of our Holsteiner mare Shenandoah PT. He is a gorgeous colt with great conformation and an incredibly nice well balanced canter with good movement all the way around. He has a very sweet disposition and is easy to work with. We lost his mother when he was only 24 hours old so he is very friendly and wonderful with people. We have another mare and foal that pretty much adopted him and helped raise him so he still learned how to behave with horses and is not spoiled. He is a great dressage/jumping prospect, probably a better jumping or hunter prospect and would also do well for eventing. As you can see in his pictures below he doesn't mind water. His sire is a great natural jumper and his grandsire on his dam side, Aquilan Calypso, was a Grand Prix show jumper. He has a Certificate of Pedigree with the AHHA. He'll end up around 16.3 to 17h.
